The Monte Duquesa complex is new and is situated in the magnificent surroundings of the 18th hole, La Duquesa championship Golf & Country Club. The apartments are all privately owned and many are owner occupied. This ensures a quiet and serene atmosphere, ideal for rest and relaxation. The apartment is newly furnished to a high standard and tastefully decorated with Italian marble floors throughout. There are two communal pools set in mature planted gardens.

The apartment has a large and spacious lounge with cool marble floors. It is very comfortable and tastefully furnished, with a separate spacious dining area. There is an enclosed wood burner (in case of a chilly night) and also electric fans. For your entertainment, there is a TV. Patio doors lead to the large sunny terrace which is also comfortable and inviting.
The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave and dishwasher. Ample crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils are at hand for the keen cook. There is also a utility area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The two double bedrooms have twin beds, both with en-suite bathrooms. They are comfortably furnished with fitted wardrobes. All rooms have electric fans.
All linen and towels are provided (with the exception of beach towels).

Rental Charges vary from £260 to £460 per week depending on season.
Nov-Feb £260, Mar-June £325, July £410, August £460, Sept-Oct £325
Discounts are available for multiple week bookings.
The price includes electricity and laundry change every 7 days.
